Wedding Cake London, Syon Park | Birdcage

This elegant birdcage style wedding cake was created for a wedding at the stunning venue of Syon Park in greater London.  A dove grey hue was used to complement the wedding colours as well as delicate pale pink sugar peonies, which were featuring in the wedding flowers.  I designed the cake with an elevated square base to give the cake an elegant stature.

The wedding reception was to be held in the Great Conservatory.  The lovely bride Jaspreet and groom Paul agreed a birdcage style design was the perfect choice to echo the forms and detail of the building.  The cake looked beautiful in it’s gorgeous light filled setting.
